Easy to Install

    Fully extend duct, measure desired length and cut excess duct.

  • 2

    Create tight 90 degree bends at each end of duct forming “S” shape.

  • 3

    Secure duct to dryer exhaust port and wall vent exhaust pipe using worm gear clamps.

Read Before Installing

  1. Do not exhaust into a chimney, a wall, a ceiling or a concealed space of a building.
  2. Do not use screws which may catch lint to secure duct parts together.
  3. All flexible ducts are to be extended to their full length. Any excess duct is to be removed. The duct is to be kept as straight as possible.
  4. Local building codes must be followed for installations.
  5. Maximum length of the duct is 8 feet with no interconnection between ducts.

Important Safety Instructions

Warning – To reduce risk of fire or injury, follow basic precautions including the following:

  1. Use with clothes dryers only. Do not use for any other purpose.
  2. Keep area around the exhaust opening and adjacent areas free from the accumulation of lint, dust, and dirt.
  3. Qualified service personnel should clean the interior of the exhaust duct periodically.
  4. A gas dryer must always be vented outdoors.
  5. Regularly inspect the exhaust duct to be sure that it has not become crushed or otherwise restricted.
